In honor of NCOD, and Wellesley connections, please enjoy this series of photos by photographer JJ Levine. I stumbled upon them through my usual internet meanderings… Onekingslane was featuring the photography of Gray Malin, LA-based photographer and brother to Lizzy, former roommate of my former Wellesley roommate. I checked out Gray’s blog and found this gem.
Gray’s description:
Photographer JJ Levine photographs diptychs of couples in a prom-style parody. However, if you look closely you will notice these aren’t two couples but one. His goal is to challenge the viewer to question gender roles in a relationship– who is the man and who is the woman?
