Or did it while you were a student? What is your definition of success? Is the Wellesley media projection of WWW(WomenWhoWill) overwhelming you? Did it overwhelm you? I’m reminded of the Rilo Kiley song “Picture of Success”—- “i’m a modern girl, but i fold in half so easily, i’m not scared of the picture of success.”

  1. domaniquealicia answered: Didn’t care as a student. Now, however, I embrace it. It’s not about women who will be #1, but women who’ll remain fierce in their endeavors.
  2. siana720 answered: I love the slogan. As long as our definition of success is broad enough, I think it is good to focus on what my hard-won education can do.

  7. justalilhope answered: At first, it was empowering and almost relieving to know that I will make an impact.

  9. forgiveness-and-permission answered: What about the Wellesley students who don’t identify as “women”? Can they still succeed? That’s my main problem with the WWW mantra.
